Default Cartek clutch help fast, please

Hey guys, I have a question about installing a Cartek clutch. When I put the pressure plate up to the flywheel there are two alignment pins on the flywheel and on my P-Plate there isnt pin holes for it to slip over. So, it makes the P-Plate stick out. My question is, can I remove the alignment pins on the flywheel or drill holes next to the bolt holes on the P-Plate. Will this affect my balance if I do either one?

Thanks for your help.

Don't need them, they were alignment holes for the stock set-up but the Cartek set-up doesn't use them. I had them removed when I had my flywheel resurfaced.
