CHANGED! Thanks guys... but now it grinds into 4th <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> time for a clutch too??? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

Same thing happened to me when i changed mine. Pulled the car out, shifted hard into second, and GRIND!!!
