I also heard that synthetic is NOT good the t-56.

I am just going to go with a standard fluid when i change mine.

Synthetic doesnt get along well with the carbon fiber blocker rings (01 and up M6's I think?) - there was just an article in HPP about that I think. Use Dexron 3.

Hey guy's I called that 1-800 # Trans Tech.
They told me not to use synthetic tranny fluid.
I think I'll stay with the regular stuff.

DO NOT use synthetic fluid in your T-56. It's to thin, and your syncro's will die quickly. Any standard Dextron III or equivalent will work fine, they are all the same.
