Default Ram clutch disc options....

Whats the difference between the 300 series, 6130's and 900 series? I have a 346 H & C car that makes >550rwhp on the dyno. Currently using the 6130/402 combo, what would going to either the 300 or 900 do for chatter, holding power, and ease of launching?

You must have other mods besides a H/C, because no one has 550RWHP from a H/C package. The 420+ strokers haven't even hit 550RWHP for the most part. If you are using a power adder too then i would go to a 910 disk. Call up mike at Rapid Motorsports, or futral Motorsports.

300 series is all organic material with steel backings, good with the 402 plate or in the VDS to about 400rwhp. 6000 series is a paddle disc metallic pads, pretty aggressive and really needs a steel flywheel, good to about 500, the 900 series is sintered iron and probably the best material, but also needs a steel flywheel. Wear will be accelerated if you don't use a billet with the last two types.
