Pilot Bearing There was a post earlier on this, but it wasn't that specific. Poster just stated he heard something above 3k rpm. What are the symptoms of a worn Pilot Bearing?

Re: Pilot Bearing sounds like everything is loose in the trans when you down shift, if your pilot bearing is bad, chances are it has already taken everything else out with it. IE: main shaft and input shaft bearings.
