I think I went overboard with my setup. coolant heater hose, aluminum tape and a DEI spark plug wire fire boot.
Heater hose and aluminum tape should already make a big difference. Just make sure to get the portions that are exposed to the header. Right where it plugs into the transmission AND right after the heat shield as it goes to the master are the 2 spots it's exposed to heat.

They should have everything you need at a Home Depot or Lowe's. Just get some of the hose and heat tape mentioned above. The DEI spark plug wire fire boot was probably overkill, especially if you're already using a high temp fluid.
