Clutch Pedal return Spring Broke Again
I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. This makes the 3rd return spring that has been put in the car. is there any one that makes an aftermarket spring or is there a way from keeping this from happening?

Re: Clutch Pedal return Spring Broke Again
Mine broke a few months ago at 12,000 miles! I didn't think it was a big deal, but I went to dump the clutch and the clutch pedal didn't pop all the way back up. Ahhh the smell of a burning clutch, not my favorite smell.

Re: Clutch Pedal return Spring Broke Again
Anyone come up with a fix for it? The last time it broke I was at the track and it wasnt letting the clutch engage all the way. Can you say crispy clutch? Anyway, I am looking for a better fix cause I am tired of taking this thing to the dealer and now its modded to the hilt. Its just asking to have the warranty work revoked

How about just replacing the spring yourself. You can get the spring from gmpartsdirect.com. Mine broke and didn't feel like taking it to the dealer. I now have a spare just in case..
