Default please help........anyone with M6 knowledge

I'm about to scream, noone has been able to help me so far so if you know anything...anything at all please help, here it goes....
So shortly after my clutch install (1500-2000 miles), Mcloed single disk, and preasure plate and TO bearing, my clutch once again begins to slip, so I ask around and everyone tells me to install an adjustable master cylinder, so I bought Ram's adjustable master and had it installed, the pedal preasure and engaging point are much, much better, but my clutch is still slipping could this be internal? or could my preasure plate be ****? please help I'm at my wits end and about to sell this damn thing, or install an automatic
thanks

my transmission guy told me when he pulled it, that there were no burn spots on the flywheel, so he just scuffed the surface, which I've asked other people about and they said was ok aslong as it wasn't scorched, and he's a friend of my dads thats been working with trans., for 30+ years, I've thought about pulling the flywheel off and having it machined, or installing a new one. but if i do that I'm just gonna install a dual friction...which I don't have the cash for.

I work at a performance trans shop and i would never ever put in a performance clutch not even a stock clutch without cutting the flywheel for the $50-80 bucks it a must do!!!!! Friends don't let friends not machine flywheels or is that drive drunk. I could be wrong but this is where i'd start. Good luck hope it works out for ya

As long as the flywheel wasnt burnt, you can reuse it without cutting it. I would deglaze it to help the disk break in, but thats it. I did mine like this and the clutch grabs just fine. Where is your engagement point? If its at the top, then the hydraulics arent allowing the pressure plate to engage all the way. You sure that theres no oil or clutch fluid getting on the disk? Also, dont install a CF dual friction, as you'll have more problems with that one not disengaging.

it was engaging all the way at the top and he set it about mid-way up so should i got further down its def. better than it was, before if I took off at on a hill it would roll back until it engaged then it would shake and rattle till it was all the way engaged.

well from my exp you need to resurface it when using a dual friction or kevlar type clutch, did the old clutch slip, and where dose the pedal catch at? and also any engine oil leaks on the oil pan area? or rear main, dumb question but i dont know you so, dont know your skill level. thanks

well no leaks in the rear other than the typical rear intake seal as with all LT1's...is there a possibility that it would leak around the bell housing and leak down onto the flywheel? I replaced the clutch b/c the old one began to slip, I adjusted it down to 2 or so inches from the floor board, and it still slips, which i thought (with a prayer) that it might fix my problem....

why would you spend all that money on good parts just to get cheap at the end by not cutting the flywheel. {Would you rebuild your trans then refill it with the old fluid} If the clutch material is kevlar the flywheel not only has to be cut, but if it even has heat cracks it CAN NOT BE USED!!! Just to give you an idea about how sensetive this area is.Your right that this might not be his problem but i'm sure it's not helping.IN closing if you do have your flywheel cut find out how much they removed then add a shim behind the flywheel to make up the diff. sorry for the long post

I think I'm gonna try and pull the fly wheel and have it cut, how hard is it to pull the flywheel, and is it worth to pull and mill without changing the clutch? damn this thing

Refilling the trans with old fluid is completely different. This is no different than using new brake pads with old rotors. If they arent worn, then they are fine. Theres a difference between being cheap and fixing/replacing things that are perfectly fine. My flywheel after 40k hard miles looked almost like new, but I've seen others that after 10k were completely trashed, so I'd treat it on a case by case basis. Dave at SPEC specifically said that if its not scorched or warped, then its fine. I deglazed it with a brake deglazing tool and the clutch grabs just fine w/ minimal chattering and its even a Kevlar disk.
