Question Diff between bleed, flush, and vacuum on clutch fluid system?

I've got pacesetter long tube ceramic coated headers and a 6spd car. my clutch master cylinder is a mcleod adjustable. When I race my fluid heats up and shifting into any gear becomes VERY difficult till it cools back down. I want it to work flawlessly, all the time! I've put heater hose on the line from the tranny to the mc. I try changing my fluid in the mc reservoir. I'm about to bleed it again and flush it in the process.

someone on here told me to bleed, flush, and vacuum the system. I just want to make sure what I'm hearing is understood. Can anyone explain these processes to me?
