How to bench bleed your M/C?

Default How to bench bleed your M/C?

I've been looking at threads for the past hour and can't seem to find a good writeup on how to bench bleed the master cylinder. Can anyone help? Also after I bleed the the master do I have to bleed the entire system or can I just reinstall the master and go?
