Default Clutch

I was wondering how much power can a stock clutch hold? The reason is because I will be installing a TR220/220 114LSA, Hooker LT, Custom Y-Pipe, Carsound Cats, MAC Exhaust, GMS Lid and MAF, and a B&M Shifter. My car is a 1998 Z28 with 45,000 miles with the stock clutch. I was wondering if my clutch will be able to handle all of the modifications I will be installing? If not, what would you recommend?
