Clutch engagement

Clutch engagement Is there a way to adjust engagement point with a stock mater cylinder or am I going to need a adjustable master cylinder. I have the car on jack stands and when i put it in gear, the wheels immediately start turning.
Re: Clutch engagement i had the exact same problem after i installed my spec stage II. it was a pain in the *** to get into gear, and it wouldnt go into reverse
i made my stock master adjustable, and it all went away. everything feels great
it engages a little high for my liking now, but the good thing is, when i break the clutch in and it loosens up a little, i can just tighten the adjuster slightly and it will be right where i want it
making the stock master adj is pretty easy to do

Re: Clutch engagement Tony, I put in an LS6 clutch. Should I still need the adjustable master. I previously had a (actually 3) spec stage 3 first gen all of which broke springs in the hub. My trans had some input shaft movement but has since been replaced with a trans out of a wrecked 20,000 mile car. I looked in the resevoir and the fluid looked pretty black.
