Default t56 behind older sbc

goin to put carb motor in 94 trans am wanting to keep six speed wondering what flywheel an clutch to use

An LT1 car T-56 set up will bolt right up.

so your sayin an lt1 t56 will match up to a sbc easily? What about a BBC??? I've got a 454 i'm wanting to put a 6-speed behind

Same trans bolt pattern SBC/BBC

If I have a t-56 from a lt1 car, could I bolt it up to a lsx motor and still use the clutch fork? Sorry for the hi-jack.

Nope you have to convert it to a LSx set up. Search here there are plenty of threads about it. You will have to use the hydraulic concentric slave/throwout set up.
