Default trans/clutch issue?

i recently installed an ls7 clutch on my 99 camaro now while driving it is difficult to shift into any gear at high rpm. also when i am crusing in 4th gear depress the clutch and rev there is grinding going on in the trans. at first i thought the clutch was not releasing but with the car in gear clutch depressed and i rev high the car does not move at all. wondering what you guys think could be the issue.

Have you done the drill-mod on the line that goes from the Master to the Slave Cylinder? Of not, this will have a tremendous effect on your ability to shift at high-RPM. Where is the pedal engagement in terms of pedal travel? Let me know and I will be happy to assist you further. Thanks!

drill mod has been done and pedal engagement is about 1/3 of the way up from the floor. any info would be appreciated.
