So I'm getting my T56 rebuilt and replacing the FW,PP and clutch ( all Spec parts, bought from a personal seller) So it's not going to come with anything thats included in the Spec kits. My question is what is included in the Spec kits and what else should I get replaced/done while I have everything apart. I've read a few things about a little spacer...What is this all about and do I have to go through Spec to get one?

Thanks guys.. I really am enjoying my first LS1 Fbody and hopefuly I'll see a few of you guys at a road course here on the east coast....
