Default Mcleoud street twin questions

Here is another one of those clutch questions, but i searched and found no results. I need a clutch and would like something that will not be an all out race clutch that is either in or out. Although I take it to the track and plan on more runs next season, i would like something that will handle high rpm launches and hot lapping.

So my question is will the Mcleoud street twin handle this? I ask because it is called the "street", or is that because of the light pedal feel.

I dont want a spec because of the hit or miss history with these, and i dont want to spend over a G.
