Default V6 T5 to A4 Swap

Help!!

Swapping in a new engine into my gf's car, 99 Camaro,(spun bearing). The new engine going in was mated to a manual, the old engine that came out of the car was mated to a A4.

Just disconnected the flywheel off of both, and it is different! How do I get the Auto flywheel/tq convertor to mate up with the engine that used to be manual.

anyone help? Thanks

FIRST PIC is MANUAL (New Engine)

SECOND PIC - AUTO (Old engine)

Simple as removing rear cover and swapping out? OR?

Default

The only thing I see different is the pilot bearing that is installed for the manual tranny. Rent or borrow a puller and yank it out. The torque converter will then use the empty hole for the snout to center itself up.
