McLeod's fumble
Back in June I ordered a McLeod Twin Disk clutch through Thunder Racing. Everything I've ordered through them has been shipped to me in a timely fashion until this clutch. After months of Thunder Racing and I trying to figure out why the clutch has not yet shown up at my house I finally have an answer.
For some reason, they marked my clutch as a C.O.D. shipment originally. Then realized their mistake and had UPS return the shipment when it was only 20 miles from my house. Since then it's been sitting in their warehouse collecting dust with no one aware of it's existence.
Now that the problem has been figured out, costing me months of downtime, they say they've figured out the problems and are going to ship it to me using UPS' 3-day shipping and gave me an "I'm sorry."
WTF!!! I don't give a crap if you're sorry or not! You've just cost me months and all you have to say is you're sorry?
