Default 2002 LS1 crank Freeze plug P/N

I need the P/n for the LS1 crank Freeze Plug!!! Pictures would help too as Mine has a hole in the dead center of it and I think it was caused by the original Pilot bearing tool, unless that hole is supposed to Be there. note it is in the center of the freeze plug, The freeze plug is still in the crank!
