Description:

T56 F-body transmission for sale with 30 spline viper shaft. Comes with conversion slip-yoke and MGW shifter. It was built by D&D Transmission back in 2010 for $3275. No pictures because the transmission is still in the car and is getting replaced sometime next week.

NOTE: This transmission needs to be checked out as third gear has started to whine. The fact that this transmission needs to be checked out is reflected in the price.

For now local pickup in Dallas, TX area only. If it doesn't sell quickly I'll be open to shipping it at the buyers expense.

What was done to this by D&D exactly? Stage 3 w/ viper input shaft? How many miles? Raced? You are putting 741 torque through this?

About 16k. I'm only putting about 2k/year on the car. Went 1/4 mile 3-4 times on drag radials. Never ran slicks.

Briefly. Haven't made any more WOT pulls since 3rd gear started whining. Videos on yt with mildly modded vettes with the same type of whining issue. Was putting 600 tq through it for years without any problems whatsoever.

Thanks. I figure someone can get it rebuilt for 800-1000 and have a solid 600 tq T-56 for about 2 grand.
