I bought this motor from a pick-a-part yard six or eight months ago. It was supposedly running when I bought it with 70,000 miles, but I decided to go with an original motor for my classic project.

This is from a 2006 Silverado 1500. This is the desirable light weight aluminum block with the good heads. It is similar to the LS1. Perfect for an LS swap in a classic or RX7 or other car, or to replace a busted Silverado motor. It includes to ECU/ECM (but no harness).

I paid $1,500 for it after shipping. But I am cleaning out garage so I will take $1,000 if you pick it up locally (Miami, FL). If I have to create it it will be a crafting/handling fee plus shipping from a freight terminal of your choice in Medley, FL.

The heads are 799.
block number 12572733.
I believe I. 2006 it was a 58x, but dont quote me on that.

What color is the crank sensor(near starter)? Black or grey?

Both of the L33s I used in swaps were 2005 models & 24X. I think they all use the 24X, I found a couple of forum posts here & elsewhere that say the same thing. The replacement 5.3 LH6 is 58X.
