Description:

Original LS1 6 spd hdtp. I just bought a 2010 SS auto because my commute has gotten too rough with the manual and I can't handle a 3rd project car. I really wanted to keep it but I just can't. This car needs restored. It has been my daily driver since 2005. I put a 2006 GTO 6spd and LS6 clutch in it after the original went out. It needs a paint job, headliner, windshield, AIR injection pump. The engine has the lifter rattle on startup but is quiet after a second, which is to be expected for 259K miles. It has oil leaks, faded headlights, tailights, clear coat peeling and paint fading, and the 1-2 shift is a little crunchy (synchros). Driver and passenger floor boards each have a rust hole a couple inches in diameter that I patched with some sheetmetal and caulk. 2002 SS wheels with Firestone Firehawk Wide Oval tires and lots of tread left. Religiously changed oil every 3K miles and rotated tires every 6K. Did rear brakes and rotors, new front lower control arms and alignment this summer.

Here's a couple of the seats. The dash is NOT cracked.
It's tough to get pictures of the rust holes because I patched them.
I'll try to get some more pics uploaded soon.

For $3k that would be the last thing I’d worry about. That’s a steal at that price for an LS/6speed car that’s complete.

OP GLWS 🍻

It leaves a few drips on the ground when parking overnight. It doesn't burn oil but leaks about half a quart every 3000 miles. Leaks mainly from the oil pan gasket. Also leaks some from the valve covers.
