check out Madhammer2.com for the GMMG exhaust... He is the guy that makes them (from the onset) and I got one made by him and had it to me in under a week.

You're most likely going to pay more for a "GMMG" one because people think they aren't available anymore. I'd recommend just going with Madhammer from the start, you'll end up with a better product for your money.
