Description:

This is a brand new Dorman 615-901 intake manifold that was lightly ported and I’ll sell it with or without the fuel rails and throttle body.  For just the intake Price dropped to $400 or will include Racetronix fuel rails and 92mm throttle body for a total of $550. Was mounted but never run; one of the bolt holes is slightly cracked but it doesn’t affect the intake in any way; the bolt is able to be torque to the proper spec. Only removed from the engine as I decided to go with the Holley low rise intake and a tick performance air to water intercooler as the intercooler sits under the intake manifold and thus requires much less piping for the turbo system. These dorman 615-901 intakes sell for over $1000 on summit website and do not come with the fuel rails or the throttle body

so I messaged the seller leaving my phone number, three days later I get a random text with the same picture in post with asking price of 400. I asked if they could ship the intake and they quoted me 40 extra for shipping. I then asked them if they had Venmo and the person sent me an account name that was odd and it didn’t show up then they sent a name of ‘Armando Rodriguez’ which was a valid name
I sent the money then the person asked for a screen shot of payment which immediately threw a red flag out. I asked if they could send tracking information once shipped and the person never responded. I then started digging and found that it was a google voice number that’s when I asked for a refund request on Venmo the person denied it and blocked me.

I looked on this site for previous posts from seller realizing the actual name is Bill Davis. The seller has item on Facebook marketplace as well, I messaged him to see what was up and he never replied.

Needless to say I was trying to avoid the Ridiculous price of the dorman Ls2 intake. I’m probably gonna just buy a fast 92mm. Fk a dorman Ls2 intake lol 😂
