Default 1st snow in chicago!
Anyone else need to get their car towed yet? I woke up at 430 to try and get to work at 6. I am rolling on zr1s with 11 inch eagle f1s on the back. I shouldve left it in the driveway. I am sitting right outside of my work right now, and I just called off.

luckily my car doesn't need to be towed but i am stuck in the driveway. havn't had a chance yet to switch the nitto's for my all season tires so its not going anywhere.

I was planning on covering mine yesterday since my plates are good till the end of the month and of course I got stuck driving in it at 1 am sunday morning lol But now its not going anywhere and the truck gets pulled out

i hate the first snow... reminds me that 99% of the people on the road are MORONS

"oh no, there's an inch of snow on the ground to the side and the main road has been plowed... I should go 25mph instead of the posted 50mph"

my 10 minute commute turned into 45 minutes this morning because there are so many morons in the world

No worries here. I drove to work today with my Blizzaks on no problem. I still hate winter though.

Snowed yesterday for us in NE Indiana. Wasn't too bad. Its already melted again.

Mine is put away. Cant imagine trying to drive it in the snow, mainly because of all the morons out there.

The people you were driving with were FLYING then....I think I got up to a max of 10mph.

Guess this stuff has never happened in Chicago before today

i have no problems, four wheel drive is great in the snow. its not even deep enough to were i need to turn it on yet.

X2 i wouldnt drive mine with all them morons out there. you would think that people that live in this climate would learn how to drive in these conditions

Just wondering... why wouldn't you drive your car out?

I remember I hate morning rush hour every morning... But snow doesnt help.. Mine sleeps till spring. sucks but its better than sitting in jail for someone elses lack of skills.
