Yeah I was planning on doing the delete driver mod too! My girl weighs less than 100 lbs. But I only weigh 122 lbs! lol- So it doesn't help me that much!

so far i got chromoly everything, and i removed the interior. replacing it with a "look like factory Fiber shell" int. still waiting on the 17lb axles tho. ill need help tuning this motor before racing it too, this is my first time building an LS so hopefully it turns out ok. im not sure about 8's im runnin 17" wheels, and a 6 speed wt carbon syncros, dual carbon discs, alum flywheel, and ZO6 close ratio input shaft wt alum. yolk tail. wt 4.11s so i lightend it up quite a bit but 8's a stretch, im thinkin mid 9's, but like i said ive never built a LS so u guys kno there capabilities better than i, ive been waitin for someone to throw out a challenge, this is what makes LS1tech the best. the spirit of competitiveness, its what we live for happy new year!... hammerd -TranMan

 

Well, 17" rims with a six speed is definatly going to be what leaves alot on the table and holds you back. But it should roll out none the less. Good luck man!

I have never once said anything about how badass its going to be. I talk mad **** to Benny, but thats it....and thats only because he deserves it. If I was in a hurry and anything like you I would have just thrown spare parts at it and gone. Some people take pride in their cars. Others, just want to drive a piece of **** with a good track time. To each his own.

 

you may think my car is a piece of ****, but the honorable mention plaque from super chevy says otherwise. i dont think youve even seen my car haha. i own some pos cars but my camaro isnt one of them

I've just seen it go down the track. I find it ironic that you call me out for never even seeing your car, and yet you continue to dog a few people on here that you have never met. Funny how that works out.

Honorable mention or not, I'm pretty sure that the pride level taken in my car is far and away higher than that taken in yours.

Aside from a a couple motors that turned out to be junk, cleaning, painting, and powder coating are the main reasons my car has been down so long. Trust me, the person who wants to see my car out and about the most is ME.

Small cam or big cam, clean car or **** car, either way...until you have met me and shaken my hand in person, you can keep your comments about pretty much everything, to yourself.
