NW Suburbs of Chicago conv top replacement Hello I have a 94 z28 conv.. red with black top. A place out in Arlington Heights IL quoted a price of $1350 to replace. Anyone know of a place that does that out in my hood?

I'm in NW Ind.- my neighbor works for a small shop and I had a new top put on about four years ago on my old '95-they did a good job-cost about 800 or 900.I could check and get a price for you-is Hammond too far to go for you?

to save what maybe 3 or 400 bucks? No it's not too far, thanks for checking for me.
It's a ways away from Des Plaines but I'd do it. I have some friends kind of out that way that could take me out there if i needed to drop it off for the day.
