Default Car is overheating! Need help!!

i have a 98 firebird v6 with just about 180,000 on the clock i replaced the water pump about a year ago and replaced the thermostat yesturday and the car keeps overheating when i drive it. im thinkin it might be the radiator now. i dont think i have a leaky hose or anything. my uncle thinks its a crack in the block possibly. what do you guys think? thanks

The radiator can be cloged. I would get it flushed out and try that..

Try pressure testing the system, and your cap-That can eliminate some possibilities for you. You can rent them at autoparts store for pretty cheap. Fans coming on? is your air dam still in one piece? anything blocking the radiator? pull your airbox assembly off and look down in there to see if theres any leaves or anything stuck in the fins.

havent had much time to get the car checked with work but i did start it again and got bubbling in the radiator and white smoke out of the exhaust. thinking it could be a head gasket now? im pretty frustrated because my mechanic said the block would have to come out and would run me $1500-2000 to repair. any of you guys wanna pick up some extra cash and fix this for me!? any advice is appreciated
