I do this daily for a living this is exactly how it is. ^
IF you fail with a catalyst code it will have to have the catalyst monitor set to ready on the next retest & no p0420/p0430.

If you go for a repair wavier there are more rules that apply also.

Conformed. One Not-Ready EVAP sensor still can pass IL emission test.
