I've seen bikes up there before, and to answer the time thing I work down the street at 196th and 45 and by 5:15 to 5:30 its usually filling up. I haven't seen many people stay after dusk though.

I thought this was yesterday lol. I didn't notice that until the last minute when I remembered I said it was FATHER'S DAY, not this Sunday haha. Oh well, I'm gonna try and make it there this coming but being it Father's Day I might be with the girl and kid.
