I signed up for the Aug 3rd mvptracktime roadcourse near Joliet. Well some things recently came up and I emailed the head of it and asked if there was anyone on the waiting list to buy my spot. The novice group was full and there apparently was a waiting list. Well I recieved a call and he said he was mailing me a check (didnt say how much). An email later that day told me he was keeping $50 for an early cancellation fee and they had my spot filled inside 12 hours. Their website said they would make every effort to sell your spot to someone else if there was a waiting list (since this problem they have now removed that from their website). I have all my emails from this guy and am wondering if I am alone here in thinking they stole my $50. And obviously something is wrong when they remove language from their website the day I am having this problem with them.
