Default 3rd genner, going LSX= 6.0l in Ohio

I have been on thirdgen.org for years, I am a EE/M engineer.
I live in Crestline, Ohio that is 15min south of Mansfield, because no one knows Crestline, but a few....
I work in Columbus and usually race a Dragway 42, Norwalk sometimes and begining to try out National Trails

I killed this ( bent two rods)

and instead of wasting money on a new gen 1 build....

I am going with this....

6.0L with a 4l80e and just keep the N20 at 150hp for now...

If anyone lives close I only have to work three days a week, and I have a 2 post lift, I wouldn't mind helping out on some fellow F-body cars

Parts needed:
LS f-body Crank pulley/balencer
LS6 intake
tunnel mounted torq arm,,, (*probably going w/ jegs)

Nice build. What mods and heads are you running? I'm thinking about a 6.0L for my '94Z and need all the info and help I can get.

Oh, and I know Crestline. Been taking trains to and from there for about the last 8 years. So if you live by the tracks I'm one of the ******** who wakes you up at 3 in the morning...Sorry.

I am running the 317s.... to my knowledge this is a 2004 box truck engine, w/cable throttle.

for the swap;

F-body parts needed:
oil Pan, pickup, windage
intake (go straight to LS6)
water pump,
Power Steering (and bracket)
Altenator (bracket or make spacers)
tensioner, idler

So far the only thing I had to make was the trans cross member, I have had the spohn Mammoth frame ties on for years, so I ran the new trans cross member to them.

I am using a 4l80e and I had to repin the pcm for that. Because the yard cut my harness off at the computer, I got a 5.3 harness out of a different yard and repinned, and ditched all emis, etc. Then I am finishing up rerouting all the wires since the truck pcm goes up by the drivers side head lights, and my pcm is going to go about where you 4th gen fella's have them. Plus the truck harnesses are hidious

Hptuners was the biggest purchase
Torque arm is the next purchase to get this on the road... OH! and find a turbo 400, yoke!!!
