Anyone want to start a club or have a get together around Kansas City? All Kansas City Area people come in!!!!
I posted this in the lounge but this is probably a better place. I was wondering if there was anyone in the K.C. area or around there who wanted to start up a club, or maybe just set up a get together in the spring to meet some other members?

Do you know of mofbody.com, mofba.org, or purposebuilt.org? Those are all local KC sites that a lot of people are on. A lot of the KC locals get on this board, but don't really hang out here. Check those other sites out, lots of good people on them!

I'm close to gladstone, but just west of 169 so its a KC address. You have any projects coming up on yours? I"ve got a few parts lying around to get on mine...just waiting for some better weather.

Yeah im just south of Englewood rd, so im in K.C. also.
Hopefully some SFCs, a tune, some tires so I can hook
Maybe a few appearance things. I was hoping to change cams and put in 4.10s, but I dont see that happening this winter.

im sure if at least just a couple step up and say theyre in, it could end up with a good turnout. a lotta people just sit back and wait for other people to step up haha. theres gotta be plenty of people in the area

Long story short we were 5 guys that turned into 20 that didn't want to join a real club (dues, rules, other retarded crap) but all the other clubs kept trying to get us to join them so we made up a fake club, PHK, to say we already were a club, lol.
SO, now people all over are sporting the sticker for the same reason
It does however come with the benefit of being able to say/do whatever you want on my forums though (from posting NWS to talking about the next meetup, race whatever) in the PHK section...
