k so Im buying a truck off a buddie hes letting me make payments on it. How can i get it plated at the dmv? He doesnt wanna sign the title over to me mainly cuz well, i havent payed him the 900 he wants. So again how can i get this plated? thxs guys. im calling the dmv tomorrow, i need to get it on the road by tuesday day thxs

I don't see you getting it plated without the title. You'll probably have to keep your buddy's plate on it, maybe pay him for the upcoming yr. You can get insurance on the truck, you don't need a title in hand for insurance. Bob
