registration dates will be march 15 till march 19. Apparently they are going to draw 425 cars from the open registration on march 30, you will be notified if you got in and then have to pay the fee. They will hold a qualifying race on may 16 and pick 75 more cars from that to make the 500. I think this way is better than first come first serve.
I am going to try to register these events are worth the drive. I did the arm drop live event last year at CFR and it was a blast.
They choose 3 classes a 12.5-13 the way it looked then a 10.3 ish class and a high nine to 10.0 from the way it sounded from the people who made it in.

Im in...takin my 67 camaro.I put on my registration that my best et was 8.70. I think the drawing was randomly picked by computer. So I dont think they picked by e.t. But after looking at some of the past forums on speed it appears that they have never run a 8 second class and the majority have been in the 10 second range. So Im thinkn no nitrous , just run motor only.

I didnt get in, of the 5 guys from town that registered, only the one with the car that isnt finished made it in. Hell he didnt even really want to go. As far as picking fast ones, I have a friend with 3 Grand Nationals 8,9,10 sec cars respectively and he didnt make it in with any of them. Well i guess i shouldnt have to hurry to get the cage in now.
