Default earthquake?

just wondering if im just goin nuts but i was sitting on my couch at about 4am today and my house shook not bad but definatly noticable. anyone know if there was a quake today i live south of chicago.

I was awake also and felt some rumbling. I thought it was some strong winds but when I looked outside everything was calm. I was like, "WTF?"

Millersta, around where on the southside are you located because I felt something around the Midway airport area.

i live in franklin park by ohare and didnt feel a thing but by my gfs in naperville it was pretty bad

yes..I'm in Elgin and at 4 a.m woke the wife and I up. We were not sure what happened and then said ...maybe an earthquake. I then heard about it on the way into the shop.

I slept right through it, but my boss said he felt it 20 miles north of the IL/WI border!

hmm. i wonder if my sister felt it. she lives in milton (basically janesville) wi which is almost directly north of dekalb by about 65 miles
