are we not going to draw in Kearney? i just looked at the route and kearney would be the 6th stop. My guess is you plan on drawing at Tradewinds at the lake then doing the bbque at Loup City?
as far as stops, i dont about now central city, but i would say The Cage in St. Paul, then Tradewinds at the lake. As far as Ravenna they all are about the same, and Kearney i would say u should pick because you know it best.

i was thinking the Garage as the Final draw in Kearney. York would be the sign up with Central City as the first stop. Then St.paul, Tradewinds, (BBQ @ Tref's Garage/Draw), Ravenna R-Bar, The Garage Bar in Kearney????

Found out that there are races at KRPI the weekend of all this, so the Z28 and Vette will probably not come along for the cruise. Havnt talked to the tbss owner yet.

Im not sure what you mean? Gates usually open at Noon I think and u usually gotta start loading up ur car and getting ur gear and tools and such loaded up before then.
What time were u guys planning on doing this cruise? I fig'd that it would start sometime after noon and end in the evening?

no most people trailer them, u havnt been there lately i guess, usually theres tons of trailers sitting there. Cant remember the last time i saw a bigblock tubbed caged drag car drive to the track.

well 1bad_ls1 and myself probably wont be going for the simple fact is work and another reason is cause you start the route almost 7 hours away from us. but no worries maybe next time, or just might have to start a panhandle route ourselves.

I fig'd thats what u meant, but they will be at the track wit their other cars if this goes down on a race day. And full spool cars do turn on a dime just gotta give em a little gas, haha.

okay it looks as if Route #1 has been the winner. Now does anyone have any ideas for good bars/meeting places to draw cards from within the stops on the route??? I think the Marina at Sherman Lake would be a good spot, and possibly "The Garage" bar in Kearney, but im up for suggestions.
It would also be great if ppl would go ahead and post if they are attending so i can get a close estimate of how many cars/ppl to let the bars/drawing spots know how many ppl will be attending.

I'd be a 'maybe' now, ..., I found out that a family friend in Superior is graduating that day. So I'm not sure yet if we need to attend that or not.
Tha Garage may be a good spot, as every can park in the MONA lot.
So where do you need stops?
York, Central City, & St. Paul?
If so, maybe someone else can make suggestions. But I'll be taveling thru those areas occasionally & can look around. If I find something, I'll let ya know.
