theres a big car show in rolling meadows on Fridays during the summer that would be cool for you to go to, but not sure if it will be happening at that time depends on the weather

YES! This is my favorite restaurant ever. Have been going there for 20+ years and have never had a first timer not enjoy it.

I hear Speed Inc does great work. Anyone not happy with them? I got a pm on another forum about a unhappy customer. I'm sure there's more to the story though. There's always 2 sides to every story.

Yeah you might have one in how many hundreds of hundreds of people who have been there and would go back for anything. Me being one of them. Larry, Tom, and everyone else are great guys. They are more than willing to help with anything. I wouldn't think twice about bringing my car or suggesting someone to go to them.

If you have never been to downtown Chicago, I would do that. Stroll down Mighigan Ave., and go see the Navy Pier. Have Dinner at the Rosebud Steakhouse.

I would take the train into town. It's easy, and then you don't have to worry about parking/traffic. You can buy a day pass for the transit, and ride any bus, or train for the day.

Another landmark in Downtown Chicago that is kinda cool the first time your see it is Cloudgate at Millenium park.

I live about 3 hours from chicago and last year spent a weekend there with the wife and realized its a great city. we stayed downtown and walked everywhere so we didnt have to worry about parking. if your a sports guy, go to espnzone. good food and some descent games upstairs, and if there is a game on you can watch it there. go to navy pier and take a jet boat ride. its sweet going that fast on water. theres tons to do downtown, you wont get bored. as far as speed inc is concerned, i wouldnt go any where else. most of the items i have put on my car this winter has come from them. i even changed my mind on an item i wanted and returned it for store credit. cant go wrong with the place. hope this helps

If you dont want to go far Pilot Petes is just down the street from Speed inc. IMO they have awesome chicken tenders and honey mustard. If your lucky you can see a plane take off or land.
