I just moved from Oklahoma City to Troy, MO (just outside of STL), and I need to register my car. Lincoln County has no emissions testing, but does require a safety inspection, including a visual inspection of the exhaust system. I have an '02 C5 with ECS paxton novi, epp cam, kooks lt headers, catless x-pipe, and magnaflow exhaust. I am adding high flow cats before the inspection, and I'm wondering if that's the only thing I need to change in order to pass. Any insight is greatly appreciated...

the biggest thing is you have cats. its a huge fine to the shop if they pass a car without cats. not sure how strict some places are tho, i am in inspector in the south county area and i dont get too picky unless its some foreign *** who can barely speak english and is over due for plates ![Devil](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_devil.gif)
im not sure about Lincoln Co's emissions tho when your registering your car i could be wrong tho
good luck with the inspection
