Default Anyone from KC want to help diagnose and start a 383 LT1?

I just fired up my 383 rebuild and it starts right up but dies in a couple of seconds. I can give it a little gas and keep it running a little longer but I shouldn't have to...

I checked the plug wires twice to make sure they are connected to the correct cylinders, made sure I have spark to all the plugs, checked all my fuses... Im at a loss.

It has the comp cams 503 in it and the computer was tuned for it... It also has a Holly 52mm TB, Long tube headers, K&N filter and a MSD Opti... Anyone have any ideas what I should try next?

check for vacuum leaks.
check fuel pressure.
fuel, spark, compression. easiest way. if you have spark then its gotta be one of the components in the other two categories.

good luck.
