Meet back at the American Legion by 5pm
Following the ride at 5pm will be a live band and dinner all included

Suprised you haven't heard about it.
In short, on duty cop goes into CVS and buys liquor in the morning
Responds to help serve a warrant (supposedly). Lights blaring the whole 9. Just to help serve a warrant. Shows lack of judgement (obviously) in needing all the pomp and circumstance for a warrant.
Rushes through an intersection and kills a motorcyclist, severly injurying 2 other bikers
They didn't take him to a hospital (per SOP) for testing and waited 2-3 hours to take him.
Was found still 2x over the legal limit
Due to not taking him to the correct place, the results were thrown out of court and cop walks. Although I understand there are still 3-4 charges against him.
Investigator in charge gets demoted and then later repromoted
This is a FUBAR of epic proportions. Cover up has been caught and still nothing done, no answers.
Google or go to any of the local indy new places, wishtv, rtv6, fox59, etc...and search for officer Bisard.
Looks like WishTV devoted a whole tab to this.

Just saw the spoiler from wishtv6. They confronted mayor ballard about it. he basically he said he wants the drama to go away from all sides. I am so disappointed in how the city is handling it. They want to sweep it under the rug.
An innocent man died, his family and friends will never see him again. Another man (for a lack of better words) walks and gets to be w/ his family. Mayor Ballard, Carl Brizzi, IMPD, shame on you.
