Hey Nick. I will see what I can find out around here. I have not heard anything lately though.

You mention he is out doing the same thing, what have you seen or heard??

I have come to find that there are quite a few of us out there that have been taken by this scam artist Ed Potter from Late Model Speed/LMSpeed .

I do not understand how a guy like this continues to do business... I have contacted the BBB and the state attorneys office in Indiana letting them know the type of bscam artist he really is ... I have been getting all of my emails and all my documentation together so when I file a lawsuit against him I have all my ducks in a row .... Everytime I see him in a thread i ask him if he is going to give me back the money that he promised me he would give me back ..... I have never met a bigger scam artist in 50yrs as this Ed Potter ...
I hope everyone does there duty and goes after him so we can see to it that he does not do anything like this to anyone else ....

I have noticed that he has not been on any forums in the last month or so .....I know that ever time I saw him in a forum i would ask him if he had any intentions of taking care of my forged motor that i paid him to build me and he never built me one that would run long enough for him to tune it before the main bearings and rod bearings would go out ....He would never come back on to that thread again... I just hope he does not have the chance to do this to anyone else ....

I've heard some stuff about LMspeed that I couldn't even believe.

We recently had a customer tow his C6 out of there, half finished, we had the 572 out of his other car here,
he told us quite a story.
