Held at Tipton City Park ( Just south of Downtown Tipton on SR 19), Tipton, In. Registration is 11am til 1pm and Entry Fee is $10. Dash Plaques and Goodie Bags to the First 50 Entrants. Participant Judging 1pm To 3pm With Awards at 4pm. for Top 10. Activities For All Ages, 50/50
