So, I was out and about today cruising all over the Lafayette area today... those crown vics with the weird looking lights on the roof where EVERYWHERE. I got pulled over by two W. Lafayette officers... got my first ticket on my new license. : (

Yea, they where out in full force today.. I saw four people stopped between SR 38 and SR 43 tonight!!!! WTH they short on quotas..

 

Yep the Five O were out and about too here as well. And who speeds on our cruises anyways? Not I!

 

I thought I heard that Gov Mitch was sponsoring an aggressive and impaired driving campaign at the moment, so use the signal, leave a little extra distance, watch your speed, etc. Of course, that is just another way to pull you over to check paperwork, seat belt, on and on...

The cruise is usually made up of LSx based vehicles, but if other makes want to come, that is fine. We usually have a few Mustangs or something along those lines. Its really more about the people than it is the cars, it seems.

Going to try to make it again this year. I blew up the GTO on this cruise last year, but it's back together, 6 Million Dollar Man style.

I am there! Well as long as I get the car back together. Seems like I am not the only one with this issue. Cosmos366 glad to hear the GTO is alive and well. It was wicked last year so I cant wait to see it this year!

 

Why is it that some of you have your cars NOT put together. It would drive me nuts to take mine apart (for repairs,upgrades, etc) and not put it back together soon. lol
Besides, cruising season is upon us!
