Angry Good F-body mechanic in KY/TN area.

I live in Hopkinsville Ky and I can not seem to keep my rear-end from eating outer wheel bearings on the passenger side (noisy and metal flakes in the diff lube every time)and a bad vibration in my 2000 Z28 A4 with 87000 miles. My car has weld in sub-frame connectors, rear double adjustable lower control arms with relocation kit weld in type, double adjustable pan hard bar, adjustable torque arm with relocation-kit and I have a life time four wheel alignment thru Expert Tire. I have checked and rechecked the pinion angle, replaced the universal joints, and several four wheel alignments later to no avail. I get a vibration between 50 MPH and 65 MPH and then settles down at 70 MPH ( I feel it in the shifter lever of my automatic ). The car tracks straight as an arrow. My cars only engine mods are an SLP air intake with K&N air filter, MSD wires, NGK plugs, Royal Purple oil, ported stock throttle body, 160 degree thermostat, and a thunder racing maf housing with descreened maf with the factory tune. The hardest I drive the car is when I drive to Maryland at 90 MPH for 752 miles one way for about nine and a half hours with only two fuel stops. I am almost ready to sell the car and find a M6 Trans Am. Any help would be great.

Why don't you just replace the rear?

I did not want to spend 3800.00 for a 9IN, 12 Bolt, or S60 with traction control set up. I am not planning on my car having more then 500 HP with future mods.

I think he means 'new stock rear'. You can find them for $150-$300.
