strats seems like a stroke fest most of the time. Hell I bet half the people who stand out in front don't even have cars!!! either way I saw a food joint off 83 and thorndale that looked like a prime spot for a meet.

For all the of age people I was thinking of a settiing up something at a pool hall and reasturaunt on a Friday or Saturday. Don't have to drink and there is a decent sized lot for a tech meetup in des plaines. If there are enough of you guys I will set it up for this weekend.

Ill be at the Palatine show tonight in the bird. Ill probibly be parked by a bunch of mustangs and a red cbr. Feel free to say hi, ill probibly walk around and try meeting some fbody people that I recognize.

Is anyone down for trying to set anything up for this Friday night? Weather permitting of course. I just checked the weather and it says its supposed to rain all week except it might not Friday.

I think I might head over to this one in Downers Grove and check it out. Anymore specifics as to where it's at and what kind of cars usually go?

The cruise night is in downtown Downers Grove on Main street from Burlington Ave (Metra station) south about 3 blocks to Maple Ave. Cars fill up the street and parking lots along Main from about 5 to 9 PM. It's your typical 60's to 70's muscle cars and street rods, really you're likely to see just about anything. The times I've gone there is usually 5-6 f bodys, mostly built lsx cars. It's usually a pretty good time if the weather cooperates.
