There will be but the cops have been absolutely crazy lately. Verbally harassing all the car guys, calling their cars "pieces of ****", instigating physical violence, threatening to beat peoples azz. All of this actually happend to my roomate (Slayer performace) in one traffic stop for loud exhaust. This isn't the only instance that this has happend. So if you guys go crusing make sure your car is legal and keep your cool. These cops around here would love nothing more than to get a rise out of you and take you to jail.

I will be out there with the folks from Camaro Performers Magazine and Chevy Hi-Performance as well as having a small setup with Raymonds Alignment and Pedders.
I will also be getting a few cars ready for folks coming from out of town this week and hitting the track for some testing tomorrow.
Ought to be a fun and busy week. If anyone needs anything feel free to call.

Thanks for the tip Jeremy. I was unaware you were not having a tent setup this year. Oh well, better this way really.

As far as the cops go, There will always be late night cruises on 31.
But like Jeremy said, EVERYONE who cruises needs to behave bc the cops are NOT Playing Around!!! They are Serious now more than ever. I was verbally assaulted by these a$$ clowns as well for getting gas at the BP with a few friends around me. I was there when slayer was harrassed as well.
Not to mention they pulled over another guy I know for a headlight, then ended up giving him 3 tickets. 1 of which was for organizing a street race, but yet he was just cruising next to us. WTF! lmao
Anyways, if anyone wants to hang out after hours on the southside of Indy, Just be careful! State Police have nothing better to do than Harrass people on the weekends.
I wish everyone a Fun and Safe time at the shootout this year!

not going to make it this year...but i did get passed by a silver 4th gen firehawk and a silver 4th gen trans am on I70 in KS thursday(CO plates)....i believe it was east of salina somewhere. had something about Indy on the back glass in window paint.

Im down here not racing though. Still trying to get my tune dialed in. If anyone down here is a good e85, big cube, and big cam tuner I could use a hand.

I hung out at the gforce1320 booth most of today. They are an awesome bunch to deal with! James from gforce/S.A.E. spent a few hours helping me dial in my car. Can't say enough good things about Chris, James and the gforce crew! Car is running a lot better now.
