Closest place I've heard of is Iowa. I don't have any details other than a friends Dad ran his Vette there a couple years ago.

Early early am when their is zero traffic and a spotter a mile or so ahead. You'll have plenty of time to hit an exit if you happen to pass by a cop at 185+mph......so I've heard.
