If something gets planned for later in the summer, I'll bring my LS6 powered M3 out. It's just not done yet though. What I'm looking forward to also is the annual BMW Club swap meet/car show at ZF in Vernon Hills. I want see the look on the purists faces when they see my engine.

As for the Streets comment I made, last I heard that they were harrassing anyone trying to hang out. But that was 2 years ago. Not trying to say anyone of us would pull something stupid, but then again, you never know. Just cause someone is a member. doesn't automatically give them common sense at a meet and greet. As long as you guys don't give me too much **** for the primer on my junk it will be there. Unless I can crack the whip and get my painter to actually finish what she started.

A little South for most of you guys but Morris, IL has 4 car shows a year and they are great! They block off the whole strip (downtown Morris is actually huge), and there are usually about 600 cars....very little rice. $10 to get in but it all is for charity.....if your into the 50/50 raffle it gets up to $5,000.

If they do a show there at Belmont/Harlem again this year, I'd stop by on occasion. I used to live right by there for a couple of years. I'm now over by Addison/Western.

We're neighbors. I only went to that meet once but they always have it once a week, it's nice and everyone is real friendly. I lived on Belmont/Narrgansett but just recently moved out with my gf and now stay on Grand/Harlem.
