any ideas how to get pics off of a damaged sd card?

any ideas how to get pics off of a damaged sd card? hey guys,
i happen to have broken my memory card that had a lot of car shows and vacation pictures on it but im getting a bunch of so so information off of google search to help.
the card has a bend in the top of the plastic. it can be inserted into the camera but says "please remove damanged memory card" on the screen when turned on.
is there anyone near the chicago burbs that repairs or can retrieve pics off a card like this? it is the slightest bend and i can tell that the metal contacts aren't bent underneath.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
